Refunds and Withdrawal conditions
Participants who submit a withdrawal request are eligible for a refund of their race entry fee and standard bib postage. The tracked postage upgrade is non-refundable. All eligible refunds will have the applicable cancellation fee deducted, as outlined below.

Race Roster Refund Protection
If you have Race Roster Refund Protection and you’re looking to request a full refund, you can do so by clicking “Request a refund” in your Refund Protection Program confirmation email (sent directly from Teak, formerly Protecht). You can also reach out via help@requestmyrefund.com.
